TelemarketersNot quite a call centre, but I assume they work in similar environments.
Anyway, my granny has an interesting method of dealing with them, and for the most part, it seems to work.
*Phone rings*
"Hello?"
"Hello, is that Mrs Grant?"
"Oh no... We buried her months ago.."
