and the answer is...Simple but it will cost get your mother to rent witheld number barred on her line then anyone calling from a witheld number (the automated system) will not be able to get through. Also anyone who needs to get through and has their number automatically witheld just needs to type 1470 (this shows their number) before dialling hope this helps.
