WellIn my late teens I once worked on Saturdays with a lady in her 30s - I spent ages plucking up the courage to ask her out and one day I did.
"Do you fancy going out for a drink tonight?"
"Why, is it your birthday?"
"No."
"Then wh...... oh. Er, maybe."
I fled the scene.
