air hornthe fun you can have with an air horn is endless
especially in a quiet college while classes are in process... the college librarys even more fun but not as easy to get away with because its hard not to give yourself away.

personal attack alarms are also very good.it takes some skill to put a alarm in someones bag with the tab almost pulled out. run and hide and before long pew-pew-pew-pew-pew etc.
