(which as an aside, doesnt seem to care *where* I got my mp3's from, how many pc's I have them installed on, and despite having it for a year and a half or so now, has so far refrained from managing to delete my entire mp3 collection off my hard drive. thank you Sony.)
oh, and my current Windows machine cost me £800 - the equivalent Apple would be over three thousand pounds. £80 for a second dvd writer as an optional upgrade? of course!

DRM free Sony products, that sounds pretty miraculous, is it a gram-o-phone? And my current Apple cost £200, you seem pretty angry for someone who presumably wasn't forced to buy one at gunpoint. Mind you, I was pretty irate until I got a home machine that didn't throw a random fit every few hours and just worked.
