I don't understand the attractionSmaug says: Ricky Gervais. Lesbian pr0n. Going into a crowded bar, purely because it's crowded. All these things seem to be popular with everybody else, but I just can't work out why. What leaves you cold just as much as it turns everyone else on?

downloading content for a mobile phoneWell, pix, video clips and ringtones. They're overpriced and don't see why people pay for it. Games maybe, they're an interactive bit of distraction when on the bus/train (and turn the sound off).
But songs? transfer them onto the phone from your computer. Same goes for wallppers.

I still rememberreading abotu some dickhead a while back who copped a huge mobile bill (somewhere in the 10, 000s) because he downloaded an episode of Prison Break while on holiday, then he bitched about it. What exactly did he expect? And why didn't he just wait til he got home?

I downloadFree e-books from the Gutenberg Project (or at least one of their distribution channels). This to me is why mobile downloading exists.
