I don't understand the attractionSmaug says: Ricky Gervais. Lesbian pr0n. Going into a crowded bar, purely because it's crowded. All these things seem to be popular with everybody else, but I just can't work out why. What leaves you cold just as much as it turns everyone else on?

I can't imagine why you'd think it's any of your businessbelieve or not, each to their own. As long as they're not hurting anyone - and that point is rather crucial, certainly - leave them to it.
Head-chopping pyschopaths/'god hates fags' Christian fundamentalists/whatever are obviously bad people. They'd probably be bad people without the excuse and veneer of religion. Little old Edna down the end of the lane, who makes the scones for the sunday coffee morning, has nothing to be ashamed of - and doesn't have to answer to you.
Declaring people 'demented' because they believe something different - however ropey their justification' - is a little bit... smug.
