Money savingis the attraction to companies.
I can't think of a single person outside of those company positions, though, who would be attracted to the idea of talking to an overseas call centre. In fact I think most people would rather shave their nether regions with a cheese grater than have to deal them for more than 5 minutes.
Ask anyone who's ever dealt with 3 Mobile.
