My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

It came to my coopI was on the till when a local old-ish man entered in dressing gown, slippers and pjs for his copy of The Times and a pack of Hamlets. I was indifferent untill afted he left and did a Dougal... 'wait, WHAT?!'
