My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

hmmI pity you and all who are so prejudiced against Staffs. I bet you've only ever seen one from across the street. Agreed it's a pity they became fashionable as a 'hard' dog.. something that suits them not one iota.
