ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I will do once they start behaving properly.On Friday a PACK of them jumped the lights - six of them stormed past me - ranging from couriers, a woman in a long flowing hippy dress, a guy in a suit - and none of them were wearing helmets.
