ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Go toXDA-developers.com, find your phone and read stuff. It'll tell you how to root and upgrade your phone. Android is totally updateable.
I have a G1, the first Android phone. I've had it for 18 months and it's running Android 2.1 cos I've updated it from 1.4 all the way up and I'm taking it up to 2.2 soon. Don't be such a whingy wuss.
