I once...got a ticket in Birmingham for having a valid ticket but not properly on display. It had blown onto my drivers seat but the fact their ticket said I had a valid ticket - just not on the dashboard pissed me off. I complained and they revoked the ticket and issued me with a see through ticket holder to stick on my window so tickets would not blow off in the wind!
Best invention ever and such a good thing to send people who honestly play the game but have the misfortune of it being a windy day... Was great anyway till I had to have my window replaced and now have no holder... :(

If they can see that you have a vaild ticket...... how can it not have been properly displayed? Surely they are only entitled to ticket you if they cannot reasonably establish that you have paid. A visible ticket on the seat is hardly a problem, surely.
Most odd.
