ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Honest response?-it's probably not about you, but it's natural to feel hurt that it might be
-if it is, they probably have no idea about your circumstances
-if it is, and they do know your circumstances, don't waste your time being angry. Just imagine what it would be like to have to inhabit the head of someone who thinks like that.
