ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Richard Branson is a geniusI used to work for Our Price and one year as a Christmas present we were given a copy of his autobiography and a bottle of Virgin brand scent.
I doused the book with the perfume and it ignited perfectly. I've never received such a beautifully thought out present.
