Sky do all sorts of bandwith throttling and packet sniffingIf you want to play online, watch films or do big downloads during evenings and weekends I found them shocking.

I use BT internetand have had exactly one problem requiring tech support in more than two years; they got it sorted in less than 45 minutes. I am a happy BT customer, unless there's a problem with the phone, which is where they send all the numpties to man the call centres.
