This is a question The B3TA Confessional

With the Pope about to visit the UK, what better time to unburden yourself of anything that's weighing on your mind by posting it on the internet? Pay particular attention to the Seven Deadly Sins of lust, greed, envy, pride, posting puns on the QOTW board and the other ones. Top story gets to kneel before His Holiness's noodly appendage, or something

Music
I pride myself on having a varied and interesting music taste. Coheed and Cambria, Belle and Sebastian, Blur, Led Zeppelin, Vivaldi, Gogol Bordello and Beethoven all regularly feature on my favourite playlists.

But for some reason I really bloody love Roxette.

C'mon join the joyride...

It must have been love
When I dressed for success. Oh, the blonde and black hair combo, rocking guitars and terribly exotic accents.

Probably.
I do have a soft spot for the Swedish accent.

My girlfriend constantly berates be for my complete collection of CDs
even Ballads en Espanol.

Screw her; she likes Bon Jovi.

I saw Roxette Live
with my Dad, at the NEC when I was about 12.

I am a boy. Not a very cool boy, obviously.

You like what you like...
Only poseurs think that there is "good" music and "bad" music... Sure, some music is mass-produced fluff, other bands sweat blood and tears to hone finely crafted emotive masterpieces that speak from the heart. But that doesn't mean you have to like one and disdain the other.

I'm planning a "Tracks of shame" party, where everyone brings their most "Embarrassing" music. The point is, I'm confident that at least half the room will say "Oh, I love this one!" for every track.

My personal secret pleasure is cheesy Euro-house remixes of Eighties pop...

Roxette
I actually drove some ridiculous amount of miles from the Midlands to Dortmund just to see Roxette live; now that's dedication for you...
