Any Earthwatch satellite
that could add to the evidence for global climate change.
Will be blown up on the way into space by american big-petroleum interests.
Can't find my list right now but several of the launch disasters of recent times have all been climate observation of one sort or another.

How many is several? And out of how many in total? And, granted that quite a lot of satellites and missions have something to do with climate science, what're the odds that any given failed launch would have something to do with climate science?

GLORY Studying climate and changes therein: Failed Launch most recently this year.

Since these "big-petroleum interests" are the ones funding most of the research into alternative energy, why would they do that?
