I'm pretty much the same.But sometimes, "shock horror!!!", I'll let a woman hold the door open for me.
If I hold the door I'm being polite or, possible, just trying to make things more efficient. If anyone were to reply along the lines of the "feminists" above I'd just reply "Fuck off, you cunt.".
