I'd still eat it.
The mustard has got to be tempered by the pasta and the cheese to some extent. Of course, if he used a whole jar of the stuff that might be different.

In an attempt to impress my now Wife, I once ruined a perfectly good Beef Casserole by adding the best part of half a bottle of HP Sauce to it. I thought it just needed more of a kick, and that was all I had available to provide said kick.
