Slight desserty repostFrangipane filled sweet ravioli and a raspberry coulis with Amaretto creme anglaise. I invented it for a catering exam and managed to persuade the Italian examiner it wasn't heresy to treat pasta in such a way so it clearly wasn't that bad. I have a recipe somewhere if I can be bothered.
