I resent the implication, found in many posts this week,
that CEO's and other senior managers are stupid.
Remorseless psychopaths don't like being called stupid any more than anyone else.

to see it that way.
Or in fact, by some odd coincidence, the only intelligent band within your own industry just happens to be the one you work in.
The bosses are all dumb, the people below you are useless - after all, if they weren't, they'd have got to your level, right?
