This is a question Corruption

I once had to grease a custom official's palm to get out of a foreign country, a wad of bank notes worth about 45p which went straight into his pocket. In fact, everybody on our flight had to, the thieving scrote. Talk to us about corrupt officials, or confess your own wrongdoing. We won't tell anyone.

I don't think I can agree with this sweeping generalization.
It would however be accurate to say that every single hospital manager I have ever encountered was a whiny dick-ache.

Bizarrely had a sympathetic write up in both the Guardian and the Daily Mail simultaneously. Weird time. Now happily up at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital where the management are much less whiny/ dick achy.
