An appeal
Seeing as an awful lot of people seem to have missed the point of this QotW (and several others).

Sorry to be a killjoy, but the remit of QotW is "to generate material that's...interesting to read, i.e. we won't get bored of reading the answers after about 10 of them."

Now, I'm sorry to break this to some of you, but we're not actually interested in your long lists of how many women* you've trophy-shagged/cheated on/sodomised. We want to be entertained - we want funny stories to lift us out of the drudgery of our everyday existence, or occasionally one of those frank but heart-rending posts that brings a tear to the eye and makes us feel human again.

If you've got an entertaining story, we'd love to hear it. If you're just trying to display your sexual prowess then please put it away and/or take it somewhere else.

(And yes, I'm aware that I could just scroll past such posts. It's the principle, or something like that...)

EDIT: The post which prompted this little rant seems to have just disappeared...oh well, I stand by my earlier point.

Agreed.
I've not posted any stories this week, despite being in relationships with varying age-gaps.
Mostly because I haven't felt the need to tell bragging stories about intimate details of situations I've been in.
Some people just seem to feel the need be cunts though.

A couple of times this week I've read through a post thinking "Theres nothing funny so far in this post, so there has to be a punchline to this" only to find that its just a list of women/men they have slept with.

Although I do feel it's at least partially the fault of having a shit QOTW.

I have nothing relevant to this week's really - I have shagged older and younger people, but nothing funny/notable/embarrassing happened, so I refrained from posting. Some people seem to feel they have to post!

The cringe one was the best one for ages, some proper quality answers. Hopefully tomorrow's change will bring something equally good...

I could have written about the time I tried dating a woman 7 years my senior and got absolutely nowhere, but it would quite frankly make for a dull read.

Even though one of my little meanderings was what inspired this QOTW, I have few enough entertaining stories to share on this subject. I've been all up and down the age range here, but the ones that are worth telling about are few and far between, sadly.

Time to bring back the /all feature, methinks! Makes it a lot easier to read...

I seem to remember replying to a thread on the Bugs and Feature Requests which was petitioning for it to be reintroduced.
