This is a question The Credit Crunch

Did you score a bargain in Woolworths?
Meet someone nice in the queue to withdraw your 10p from Northern Rock?
Get made redundant from the job you hated enough to spend all day on b3ta?

How has the credit crunch affected you?

My contribution to the unemployment list
I may possibly have caused my local video store to go out of business, as I had Mystic River for 6 months because I got it out when I was drunk and forgot I had. The when I found underthe bed a month later I was too scared of the fine to take it back.

The fine the last time they wrote to me was in three figures.

They closed down a week ago.

I still have never watched Mystic River either.

Noddy
I have a friend who worked in a Blockbuster in Brighton. One of their customers was running up quite a fine on a Noddy video - a customer by the name of Nick Cave.

Not so dark now, are ya, matey?

I still
plan on watching it actually. But once I have I'll let you know.

Mind you, I still plan on watching Sideways, American Splendour and Little Miss Sunshine and I bought those about a year ago.

You Bastard!!!
Your the cause of this credit crunch thing... *click* cuz I like the fact you admit to being scared of the teenagers who worked in Blockbusters. Oh, Mystic River is grim as fuck. Good film. But no knob gags.

Before you watch it...
... make sure you remove all razor blades, loops of rope, etc. from your house.
