There was a bit on QIWhere they discussed a man who had survived both atomic bombings. The panel, led by Fry, were speculating as to whether he was the luckiest or unluckiest man in the world. The Japanese were not very happy, and Fry cancelled a filming trip to Japan because of it, as well as apologising for "making light of an horrific incident".
