Oh, didn't it have that piss scary recording where the bloke goes ' I 'ad an 'emmorage. Downstairs on the chair'. That had me sleeping with light on for the next 2 years!
Strange but true was brilliant though. Genuinely fucked you up. Bet they wouldn't show anything like that these days.

For anyone with a slight interest in this sort of thingI recommend you read "Will Storr vs the Supernatural", by Will Storr.
A great book that looks at the Enfield poltergeist case in some detail.
