I've had similar lucid dreamsMost notably where I was onboard a space shuttle that was sent out to an interstellar city that made our comprehension of 'MASSIVE' sky scrapers seem laughable.
As per above when I awoke I was calm and everything in life seemed somewhat irrelevant for a couple of days.
Dreams are acez.
