This is nonsense.Astral projection involves taking seriously the idea not just that the brain can create all kinds of weirdness - which is trivially true - but that some part of you can leave your body and travel through space and time independently of the body.
And that's gibberish.
Telling us to think about it assumes that there's something that warrants the effort to think about. In this case, there isn't.
