plopsMy new girlfriend has just got back in touch with her dad. They've been out of contact for many years for a variety of reasons.
Her family were very arsey about it for a long while.
Anyway, I would relish the chance to get in touch with my dad, but I can't. The old man died of lung and heart floppage 12 years ago when I was 11 (I didn't cry at the funeral, believe it or not). Safe to say I couldn't believe her parents' attitude and openly splurged my emotions in front of my girlfriend.
Plus, it turns out her dad is just like mine, which is mint.
