Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Arrogant university cockheads
I work for a taxi company in a small town with a university. The students are are mostly rich kids from overseas and are generally arrogant as fuck.
Example:
"Taxi from town to ****?"
"Where abouts in town?
"TOWN!"
"'Town' is a bit vague. Where abouts in town?"
*click*
They usually call back a few minutes later wondering where their taxi is.

to be fair (fare)
I'm one of those people. It's a saturday night, it's 9pm, we're phoning from a pub and we want to go to town where all the late night bars are. The pubs are all basically in the same place so i kind of expect the phone operator not to need a specfic pub naming as those decisions are usually made on the way down.

^^^
The point he's making is that they say they are in "town" but not where in town they are.
Or have I missed the point entirely?
