Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Piss and Poo
Some lady did a poo in our changing rooms, not just a little one, but a full squirting streak all up the wall - nice... not something i wanted to find coming back from my lunch...
Some chav sat in one of the chairs we display outside the shop and pulled down her knickers and did a wee-wee - classy!

By using the word 'chav', were you referring to specifically white working class or does your definition include any other ethnic group?

chav is a description of an attitude and a social scene, not a specific class
suggesting that when someone says chav they mean working class is an insult to all honest sensible working class people - and it's you that's making that connection, not the person who said the word chav.

That
implies they're old enough to sign on. A lot aren't, at least in manchester anyway, we get huge packs of young scallys migrating from one mcdonalds to another. They're a bit like gannets.
