Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Is the usual email/IM/phone call I get.
Erm, which server? We have over 1500 in our datacentre, along with at least 2 in each of the 70 remote offices...
Jut ask "Is there an issue with Email/Oracle/IM/etc?"
