Desperate Times
Stranded in a hotel in an African war zone with no internet access for two weeks, I was forced to resort to desperate measures. Possessing only my passport and the clothes I stood up in; and the warning "You can catch it shaking hands with a vicar out there" ringing in my ears, I had to draw my own porn in order to preserve my sanity.
Alas, it all came out looking like Coronation Street's Audrey Roberts, but, as they say, any port in a storm.
What have you done in times of great desperation?

It's been there a while. Go go go.

Anyway. I have vague memories of drinking cheap aftershave (Lynx Africa, if my flaky memory is correct) after a heavy night had resulted in the house running dry.
I really wouldn't suggest you try it.

Ooh i like that.
Might even submit one.
I also find that cooking by numbers is a good site, you tell it what you have and it tells you what you can cook and how.

When I used to run a pub there was a regular who'd been in the navy.
He said they used to drink aftershave regularly, and they put it in milk to take away the taste.
I have't been brave enough to try it yet =)

Funny you should mention that
because when I was in the navy we used to drink after shave when really desperate. 'Blue Stratos' was the tipple of choice then. We didn't bother with the milk tho.
