This is a question Desperate Times

Stranded in a hotel in an African war zone with no internet access for two weeks, I was forced to resort to desperate measures. Possessing only my passport and the clothes I stood up in; and the warning "You can catch it shaking hands with a vicar out there" ringing in my ears, I had to draw my own porn in order to preserve my sanity.

Alas, it all came out looking like Coronation Street's Audrey Roberts, but, as they say, any port in a storm.

What have you done in times of great desperation?

Once someone told me.....
that St Johns Wart was "Natures Prozac" I was young and like now incredably stupid. I open a capsule and poured line long line of powdered herb stuff and snorted it.

My nose bled for hours, I couldn't stop sneezing which made it worse and I had lungs and throat full of powdered herbs.

Turns out prozac takes weeks to kick in and St Johns Wart doesn't work.

St John's Wort
otherwise known as Hypericum, contains hypericin, which is an antidepressant drug. So it should have had some effect.

It also contains hyperforin, which apparently assists in cases of premature ejaculation, by making it less premature.

But I think it is best taken orally, rather than snorting it!

St Johns Wort
can help boost levels of serotonin if you suffer from depression. However, if your serotonin levels are normal, you will notice no change.
