Thats only the ruddy disposablesYou'll need the "serious" stuff like a light source and laparoscopes - even my "basic" kit cost £20K. And then its a bit like the old "rubbing head patting belly" thing only in a mirror, whilst looking the other way. Mostly you start by "swordfighting" with yourself.
