This is a question Driven to Madness

Captain Placid asks: What annoying things do significant others, workmates and other people in general do that drive you up the wall? Do you want to kill your other half over their obsessive fridge magnet collection? Driven to distraction over your manager's continued use of Comic Sans (The Font of Champions)? Tell us.

Festival wristbands
Yes, I went to Glastonbury too. However, when I got home i removed my dirty, smelly wristband and went back to acting like a civilised person. It doesnt make you look cool, it's disgusting. They're always minging.

did you wash your hands exactly 5 times?
any more or less and you have to do it all again

I worked out in the desert with blokes who wouldn't wash for weeks. I'm a little dubious at how much smell a half-centimetre width strip of rubber might generate in order to be so offensive to you

I work with a girl...
who has just been told that festival wristbands CAN NOT be worn with her uniform and thinks this is disgusting. A breach of her human rights to wear it...

as someone who
at the conclusion of a trip to drayton manor with the school would then compete with my friends to see who could keep their wristband on the longest i aprove of this message

If only she'd keep it on two minutes.
My daughter has learning difficulties and no matter how many times we've tried explaining that she needs to keep the wristband on to prove that we've paid for whatever, she tears it off at the first opportunity.

It means that either me or my wife have to wear two wristbands to make sure the monkeys running the rides/event/hotel understand that all four of us are entitled to be there. Do you realise how stupid you look wearing two wristbands? Especially when you have to wear it for up to a week to take advantage of the free family return. (Yes, I'm talking to you, Cornwall Crealy's from a couple of years ago).
