Getting Married
Twice.

And all before I even hit 30.

Duh!
To do it once is dumb, but to do it again so soon after is possitively lobotomy inducing.

I hope you've learned your lesson.

I've been swindled!
You might be surprised to learn that I too was once married.

But I didn't get any cake to help numb the agony.

Actually I do have a bit in common with Ross from Friends...
My first was gay too.

I mean him, not me.

We did have some lovely soft furnishings though.

It's just not bloody on
No one should be allowed to marry more than once till I have got married at all.

Bloody spinster-hood! It's crappy

Jugular
Marriage is overrated, seriously.

The only good thing about it is the big party and great dresses!
My first one I did the full meringue bit, but the dress was stunning - I bought the silk myself in India. Sadly I've not got the dress anymore, but it was beautiful.
And my second one was a fantastic dark red velvet riding jacket with about 100 tiny buttons and a beautiful gold and cream brocade skirt. I've still got that outfit and have worn both of them again which was the whole idea. Now I simply need to either produced daughters or granddaughters (not yet ta) or nieces who will want to wear it all - even if only to dress up in.

Yep the best thing about marriage - dressing up clothes and cake.
