Walking home drunk.Despite having enoug money for a taxi, I once decided to walk home drunk at 3am.
Length? 15 miles and I went the wrong way.

Something similar happened to me2.30 am, winter. Mate says 'you can kip on the sofa if you like and i'll drive you home tomorrow'
'Thanks, but I want me own bed, I'll get a taxi'.
Except the only taxis to be found as I set off were the ones with blue flashy lights. Two and a half hours and 7 miles later, I arrived home, having zig-zagged my way along the main road.
