What an evil bitch.Finding it hard to believe that the police have decided she didn't commit a criminal offence, as leaving a terrified cat trapped in its own faeces for 15 hours sounds a lot like cruelty to an animal.

The RSPCAmay think differently and they have a right to prosecute. I say just ban her from owning animals for ten years, job done, not much else that can be done.

I also hate animals, wouldnt harm someones pet though, but if someone were to "punish" me my banning me to have animals, I couldn't give 2 fucks.
