when its 'uneconomically viable' to send it to get enhanced for the sake of a 'minor RTA' if it involves violence or robbery there are no limitations apparently.

What I meant was "What's the point of installing a CCTV system that records such shit images that they need to be enhanced before they're useful?"
If you're going to buy a CCTV system then at least make sure it's fit for purpose. Otherwise it's just a waste of cash.
