I just googled michael lush........ and it hardly sounds like it was Noel's fault. I've no great love for the guy, but from (an admittedly quiet brief) glance over the story it looks like the safety supervisor fucked up. So while he may be an irritating twat, it's seems a tad strong to say he was responsible for a guys death. Particulary capitalised.
