I disagree
My mother used to work for the Institute Of Physics. During one conference in which a certain TV presenter was present, every room in the hotel received a call from said TV presenter. If the recipient of the call was a lady, she was propositioned with a.... proposition.

And if I'm going to vent about science comminucators, can I just add that Kathy Sykes, the The Daily Mail Professor for the Public Misunderstanding of Science is the biggest waste of a professorial chair since George Bush was appointed head of the Peace Studies Department at the University of Kabul...

I think "Daily Mail Science Correspondent" is a fantastic oxymoron, especially when you consider that the Mail allows ignorant fucktards like Melanie "if-you're-not-heterosexual-British-and-christian-then-you're-soooo-going-to-hell" Phillips to make comments on important scientific questions, about which they appear to have formed their opinions from studying the readers' letters pages of The Sun.
