This one gets my vote too...
...for being a combination of great fun to do and breathtakingly effective. I met a girl over the weekend and we ended up at her place, where I witnessed the following reaction curve:

- planting a line of kisses down her neck: heavy breathing
- kissing her breasts: quiet moans
- fingering her: slightly louder moans, although still nothing likely to wake the neighbours
- going down on her: arched back, gasping, clawing at the bedsheets, literally clapping both hands over her mouth to prevent herself screaming, lapsing into incoherent gibberish...if I hadn't known she was having such a good time I would have been looking in the Yellow Pages for an exorcist.
