The second half of Deathproofby Quentin Tarentino rocks. It's so girl power! Planet Terror, the other part of Grindhouse is good too, if you like end of life as we know it movies.
Also good - The Science of Sleep starring Gael Garcia Bernal, funny and sweet and sad
and
Time Masters, a French cartoon I saw once when I was a child and I will never forget. Watch it if you can find it!
