This is a question First World Problems

Onemunki says: We live in a world of genuine tragedy, starvation and terror. So, after hearing stories of cruise line passengers complaining at the air conditioning breaking down, what stories of sheer single-minded self-pity get your goat?

Bridezillas
I caught a bit of this programme once or twice and watched in appalled fascination.
If you don't know it, the gist is: grown women, frequently affluent, having tantrums because their wedding isn't going exactly to plan.
Apparently the day, and hence the rest of eternity, can be utterly ruined by not having napkins in the correct shade of chavette pink.
Please tell me this is just a Yank thing.

Unfortunately, no.
Having been subjected to The Royal Wedding (and the ones of the previous generation as well) I can safely say that it's not an American phenomenon.

Oh, and then there's this: www.goingbridal.com/

Don't Tell The Bride
is British and full of chav women whingeing that their fella couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery, yet alone their wedding. But they frequently appear not to mention the fact that the Beeb has given the fella 12 grand to arrange the wedding. They whinge about every bloody thing, and need a good slap.

Turn over? Nope, it's compulsive Chavzilla stuff!

I think I lasted all of 30 seconds before wanting to slap the bride on an episode I saw. I'd hope they'd be embarassed at the way they behaved when watching themselves, but I doubt it.

I live in hope that one of the hapless grooms-to-be will man up, tell the attention-seeking harpy the wedding is off and take the camera crew and all his mates round to the nearest Hooters.
