Onemunki says: We live in a world of genuine tragedy, starvation and terror. So, after hearing stories of cruise line passengers complaining at the air conditioning breaking down, what stories of sheer single-minded self-pity get your goat?

One of my neighbours is exactly like this.
Walking my daughter to school in the snow a few years ago we caught up with said neighbour and his reception-age son (4 or 5 years old) and happened upon part of their conversation:
Son: "Dad, it's freezing!"
Dad: "It's alright for you, I've gotta walk back in the cunt yet"
Lovely.
