There was a story in this week's "That's Life" magazine about some woman who wants to give her 4yo son a gastric band because she says she's at her wit's end and can't get him to stop scoffing.

I used to know someone whose kid wouldn't eat anything except chocolate pudding and cookies. "Oh, he doesn't like anything else. He has to eat!" she would say.

Well yeah, if the kid knows that by refusing food they're going to get some treats instead, of course they're going to refuse everything else.

My first wife had an article printed in "That's Life"
(the Australian version)about how my second daughter had bulimia at 6 years old because her father (me) didn't like fat people.Also saying that it had beed medically diagnosed, which was bullshit. Generally the child only threw up at her mums place and only because they forced her to eat the same amount that the the other fat fucks did (twice as much as most people). After calling the magazine to find out how they established these "facts", they told me that they don't check any facts in their stories, they get around the legal issue by starting every story with "TITLE, as told by lying cunt".
Apparently at the time she also got $500.00 for her story. No motive there.
