Yeah.
I used to know someone whose kid wouldn't eat anything except chocolate pudding and cookies. "Oh, he doesn't like anything else. He has to eat!" she would say.
Well yeah, if the kid knows that by refusing food they're going to get some treats instead, of course they're going to refuse everything else.
