Excessive waits in A&E can lead to less desirable clinical outcomes(even death, in some cases). I'd say this was worth making a fuss about.

True.Not for nothing did our A&E receptionists kick up a massive stink when someone decided to remove the plastic screen between themselves and the public. The public are a bunch of unpleasant cunts.
